There are many treatment or preventive safe drugs used in combination as shared by various medical professionals for their patients with proven positive effects. These include Ivermectin, Vitamin D, Hydroxychloroquine, Povidone-iodine, Zinc etc.  

A summary of 668 COVID-19 early treatment studies is listed here but not all treatments are covered and effectiveness has been reported for many other treatments in studies. One thing worth taking note is that these established drugs are low-cost and have been around for years and thus the profitability factor for drug manufacturers is weak.   

To push for vaccines as the only solution is quite contradictory to evidence-based medicine, which is the integration of 3 elements of patient value, clinical expertise and scientific evidence. Patient value would include personal choice of treatment or the right to uphold their natural immunity.
